CADD Edge Expands Commitment with Acquisition of Paradigm Design Associates’ SolidWorks Division

Paradigm chooses to join forces with New England’s Largest Reseller of SolidWorks Software Solutions

Westboro, MA (April 24, 2006) - CADD Edge, Inc., SolidWorks’ largest reseller in the Northeast for the last 10 consecutive years, announced today that it has completed it’s acquisition of Paradigm Design Associates (PDA), of Old Saybrook, CT, SolidWorks-related assets. Over their 8 year history with SolidWorks, PDA developed an extensive client list and an excellent track record of successful CAD/CAM implementations. CADD Edge will offer these customers an expanded product portfolio including rapid prototyping 3D printers and product lifecycle management solutions.
