Technical Sales:

Description: As a sales professional you will consistently demonstrate the ability to create an environment whereby you operate as a true business person, dealing with clients at a business-to-business level, providing solutions that fulfill the clients' business needs.

  • Bring leading edge technology to industry in a rapidly evolving, hot product market.
  • Manage the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinate the activities of your Applications Engineer to ensure that clients are receiving the appropriate level of technical training and sales support.
This position is a highly visible one and requires the ability to prospect new business, manage clients, and develop existing relationships.

Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience. High technology or software sales experience a plus.

Education: Engineering or Technology background a plus.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a Solution based approach to solving customer requirements. Must be a self-starter and motivator. Must be comfortable selling at the executive as well as other management levels. Must have high standards for themselves, their product and their services.

Application Engineers:

Opportunity: Become part of a team that provides the best training and technical support for SolidWorks® in the East. As an application engineer, you will provide comprehensive telephone/e-mail technical support and training to engineers from many companies in diverse fields, including consumer products, automotive, machine design, and medical equipment. You will also work with our sales team to demonstrate MCAD Solutions to future clients. Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years design experience using a solid modeling based MCAD system in an industrial or college environment. Will consider recent college graduates with solid modeling experience. Education: BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Requirements: Strong oral communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills are a must. Requires good familiarity with Windows, MCAD and/or solid modeling software. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Must be able to work directly with customers in various situations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-term projects.

AutoCAD, Pro/E or SolidWorks experience a plus
