Several employees at CADD Edge participate in fund raising events each year and we're often asked where people can go to support them. Here is some of the charities we're involved in:
Pan Massachusetts Challenge
The mission of the Pan Massachusetts Challenge is to raise money for the Jimmy Fund of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. PMC has become the largest weekend fundraising event in the country. A bike-a-thon that crosses the state of Massachusetts, the event began in 1980 as a group of 36 friends -- and now involves a cast of thousands of cyclists, volunteers, corporate sponsors and individual donors. This charity has raised over $145 million for cancer research and treatment since its inception.
Each year members from the CADD Edge Team take part in PMC on the SolidWorks Team. Check back to see how to support Tim Preston.
Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk
The mission of the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk is to also raise money for the Jimmy Fund of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. For 50 years, the Jimmy Fund has been supporting Dana-Farber researchers as they find more effective treatments and prevention strategies for adults and children worldwide with cancer.

American Heart Association Heart Walk
You can support the American Heart Association in the fight against heart disease and stroke, America's No. 1 and No.3 causes of death. The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.
